For many guests — Thai and foreign — the first place they meet your property isn't your website. It's Google Maps. And the listing that shows up there is free, which makes ignoring it an expensive habit.
Claim the listing that's already there
Google has probably already made a pin for you from public data — often with the wrong hours, no photos, or an old phone number. Claiming your Google Business Profile puts you in control of what guests see. It costs nothing, and the setup itself is quick — Google's own verification can take a little longer.
Fill it like a guest would want
A guest deciding in ten seconds wants a few things fast: real photos of the rooms and the front, current reception hours, a phone number and LINE that work, and a link straight to your site or booking page. Fill each field honestly — an empty or half-filled listing quietly signals "closed" or "careless".
Photos and reviews do the reassuring
On Maps, guests often weigh your photos and reviews early in the decision. Add a handful of clear, honest room and exterior shots, and reply to reviews — a calm, warm reply to a mixed review often reassures the next reader more than the review worried them. Never buy or fake reviews.
Point Maps at your own site
Your listing should send serious guests to a place you control — your site with rooms, rates, and a message-to-book path — not only to an OTA. Make the website and contact links prominent, so a guest who found you free on Maps can book with you directly.
A filled-in Google listing is one of the few things in marketing that's free, fast, and squarely in your hands. If you'd like, we can set up your Google Business Profile and link it cleanly to your site — we're on LINE.
